10. Air blowing nozzles are set to activate as bottle entry detection.
11. Nozzles have lift-insert design; nozzle length in the bottle can be customized up to 70mm.
12. Clamps have gentle and firm hold on bottleneck to keep the bottle steady throughout operation.
13. Machine is equipped with a top cover which is made from tempered glass with stainless steel support frame to prevent any contamination.
14. Equipped with a hand-held controller to inch the machine for testing purposes.
15. Machine has a simple and convenient electrical height adjustment system.
16. Star wheel, bottle guide board and bottle loading screw have quick and easy replacement mechanism.
17. Overload protection system is installed to stop the machine if a bottle is stuck in a star wheel.
18. Movable control panel provides easy access to control and monitor the operation.
