15. Capping head operates with uniform force, has a good sealing quality, no scratches on cap and no leaking after capping.

16.  Cap slide is equipped with a take-out window to remove deformed or damaged caps before entering the cap placing mechanism (cap catcher).

17.  Cap slide is equipped with a sensor to alert the cap distributor to refill the slide; if not, sound an alarm at a cap shortage failure.

18.  Machine is equipped with an automatic cap distributor to meet caps requirement to maintain uninterrupted operation.

19. Star wheel and outer bottle guide have quick and easy replacement mechanism.

20. Overload protection system is installed to stop the machine if a bottle is stuck in the star wheel.
