Precautions for Filling with a Quantitative Filling Machine

1. When it’s necessary to adjust the filling volume, you can modify the height of the measuring cup. During adjustment, be sure to make gradual changes while the machine is running; do not adjust the measuring cup when the fully automatic liquid filling machine is stationary, to prevent the cup from getting stuck.

2. The rear half of the filling machine (near the control buttons) houses electrical control components inside. Under no circumstances should you directly rinse the machine body with water, as this could pose an electric shock hazard and damage the electrical control components.

3. To prevent electric shock, the machine must be properly grounded. Please equip the filling machine with a power outlet that has a ground wire.

4. After turning off the power switch, some circuits in the filling machine’s electrical control system will still carry voltage. Be sure to unplug the power cord when inspecting or servicing the control circuitry.
