Since its establishment in 1992, our company has consistently focused its primary efforts on our core technology—liquid filling equipment—and has been committed to providing comprehensive liquid-filling solutions. Over the past 30 years, our company has built up a large base of customers and maintained strong, collaborative partnerships.
From the selection of raw materials and components through design, manufacturing, and testing all the way to product production, every stage is meticulously driven by dedicated procurement, technical, production, and quality inspection personnel, thereby ensuring the equipment’s reliability. Moreover, the equipment boasts a long service life—based on both experimental results and feedback from users—ranging around 20 years.
The company boasts a well-organized after-sales service team. After equipment is delivered and put into use, should any malfunction occur, the after-sales service manager will promptly contact the production site via phone or video conference to confirm the cause of the issue. We will provide a response within one hour and offer a solution within two hours. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, an engineer will arrive on-site to address it within 48 hours. We conduct regular customer visits and equipment maintenance at least four to six times per year. We have more than ten after-sales service locations nationwide, including Beijing, Shenyang in Northeast China (Liaoning Province), Lanzhou in Northwest China (Gansu Province), Zhengzhou in Central China (Henan Province), Shanghai in East China, Meizhou in South China (Guangdong Province), and Chengdu in Southwest China (Sichuan Province) as well as Renhuai in Guizhou Province.
