Daily Maintenance and Care for Fully Automatic Bottle-Rinsing Machines

1. After the bottle washer is operating normally, to ensure maximum production capacity and service life of the machine and reduce mechanical failures, regular maintenance and upkeep should be strengthened.

2. To ensure the quality of bottle rinsing in the circulating water area, the filters and water purification filters inside the circulating water tank must be flushed regularly—once per shift.

3. Before starting the vehicle each shift, first add water to the circulating water tank and start the pump to spray water. If you notice that the nozzle is not spraying water, you’ll need to remove and clean the nozzle; otherwise, it will directly affect the quality of the rinsing process.

4. Before and after shifts, equipment should be thoroughly cleaned. When the equipment is not in use for an extended period, it must be covered with a protective cover.

5. All rolling friction surfaces and gear meshing areas inside the guard shall be lubricated weekly with No. 2 composite calcium-based grease (generally conforming to GB491-87).

6. Before leaving the factory, all types of bearings are fully lubricated with grease, and the gearbox is filled with sufficient 200# industrial gear oil. A major overhaul should be performed annually, during which both the grease and lubricating oil should be replaced.

7. Compressed air shall be dry and oil-free, and the inlet temperature must be maintained within 3–7 degrees Celsius.
