What issues should be noted when installing a quantitative filling machine?

1. Before leaving the factory, the filling machine has undergone comprehensive tightening and lubrication. However, due to the bumps and vibrations during transportation and handling, upon arrival at the site, you should inspect each part carefully to ensure there is no damage or missing components.

2. Users must provide their own high-level tank equipped with a valve and an output connector at the bottom. When installing the high-level tank, the liquid outlet at the bottom of the tank must be positioned higher than the liquid inlet of the filling machine.

3. The filling machine’s motor should be connected to a 380V power switch, and the machine’s casing must be properly grounded to ensure personal safety.

4. The filling machine operates normally by rotating clockwise (when viewed from above the machine).

Run the machine at idle for 5 minutes. Only after the entire machine operates smoothly without any abnormal noises can you proceed with the commissioning work.
