2. Safety Protection Staff with long hair must tie their hair back and wear hairnets during operation to prevent their hair from getting caught in the equipment and causing personal injury.

3. Operation Monitoring During the operation of the filling machine, closely monitor for any abnormalities, such as whether the running direction is correct, whether the sound is normal, and whether the filling levels are consistent. If any abnormality is detected, promptly turn off the power and identify the cause.

4. Cleaning precautions Do not use untreated water to clean electrical units. When cleaning equipment, wear specialized work clothes, gloves, goggles, and other protective gear to prevent corrosion from strong acids and strong bases.

5. Personnel Safety During machine operation, someone must be on hand to monitor the equipment. Do not allow personnel who are not involved in the operation to approach the equipment to ensure personnel safety.

In addition, to ensure the quality of baijiu, attention should also be paid to the water quality requirements of the filling machine. Whenever possible, avoid using untreated hard water to prevent sedimentation issues. Meanwhile, in the production of solid-state baijiu, the filling machine should strictly separate the brewing process into distinct stages, paying close attention to the end-of-distillation fraction to avoid mixing different batches of liquor and causing turbidity or sedimentation. During filling or storage, baijiu should be kept away from contact with utensils made of copper, iron, or other metals as much as possible, to prevent discoloration or sediment formation in the liquor.
