Warehouse Management Department and Individual Job Responsibilities

——Sha Tao

First of all, I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to General Manager Sha and all the leaders and colleagues for placing your trust in me by appointing me as the Head of the Warehouse Management Department. I will do my utmost to work closely with all my colleagues in the department and ensure that the warehouse management is handled effectively. As we all know, the Warehouse Management Department is an extremely important part of any enterprise. It’s not only a critical link in ensuring that production tasks are completed on time, but it also manages most of the materials used throughout the entire factory. Even the slightest oversight could lead to significant financial losses for the company. Therefore, it’s essential that everyone in our Warehouse Management Department possesses a strong sense of responsibility. Next, I’d like to briefly outline my job responsibilities.

I. Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for jointly consulting with the deputy head of the warehouse management department to address issues and feedback received from other departments regarding the warehouse management department. After resolving these issues, promptly provide feedback to the relevant departments. Additionally, when encountering problems, the warehouse management department will actively communicate and collaborate with other departments to find solutions.
2. Responsible for the progress of daily inbound and outbound operations in the hardware warehouse, semi-finished goods warehouse, and general-purpose warehouse, as well as the daily maintenance of each warehouse.
3. Currently responsible for the inbound and outbound operations of motor products, pump products, chain links, gasket strips, and tempered glass in the hardware warehouse.
4. Responsible for compiling and submitting purchase requisitions, and providing the Procurement Department with required drawings and other documents.
Since I’ve just started serving as the head of the warehouse management department, there may still be some areas where our work isn’t quite up to par. We sincerely hope that all departments will actively point out any issues we encounter in our work—we’ll make timely corrections—and we also count on your active cooperation in supporting our warehouse operations.
Recently, our workload has been quite heavy. I hope everyone pays attention to safety on their way to and from work—let’s all start our day with a smile and return home safely. Finally, I wish Qilu Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. continued success and prosperity!

Today, I’ll be discussing the job responsibilities of the warehouse management department as well as my personal duties, which are as follows:

I. Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist Sha Tao, the head of the Warehouse Management Department, in performing the department’s daily management tasks, such as on-site warehouse management, guiding and training new warehouse staff, and communicating and coordinating with relevant departments.

4. Receiving and using revenue from purchased sheet metal parts.
5. Weighing of waste materials upon入库 and during processing.
6. Revenue from gases.

Order Assembly Workshop Members, Division of Labor, and Job Responsibilities

——Zhang Xiaoshuang

According to the company’s development requirements and the leadership’s arrangements, the assembly workshop has undergone a realignment of its work teams, and a new order-assembly workshop has been established. I am honored to have been selected as the head of this workshop. First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the company’s leadership and my colleagues for their trust and support. In my future work, I will remain committed to the company’s development philosophy and stay persistent and dedicated. If there are any areas where I fall short, I sincerely hope that my leaders and colleagues will offer me more guidance and constructive feedback. Together, let’s continue to contribute our part to the development of Qilu.

I. Departmental Division of Labor and Job Responsibilities:

The order assembly workshop is temporarily divided into five teams, including three sales-order teams, a finished-product conveyor and trial-operation team, and a finished-parts team.
Sales Order Team 1 consists of team leader Ma Zhenhuan and team members Fu Zhenyue, Wei Hang, Wei Guobin, and Tian Weigang. The team’s responsibilities include assembling and testing individual pieces of equipment, assembling single-unit equipment for S orders, conducting pre-delivery testing and acceptance of all B-order equipment before shipment, and performing trial runs on externally purchased equipment.
Sales Order Team No. 2 consists of team leader Lü Zengshan and team member Shi Xiangguo. Their primary responsibilities include assembling and testing integrated units, as well as performing pre-delivery adjustments on equipment before transferring it from Order B to the next order.
Sales Order Team Group 3 consists of team leader Liu Taijie and team member Zhang Tao. The group is responsible for processing order equipment passports, performing light inspections, and handling conveyor belt line assembly.
The finished-product conveyor trial-operation team consists of team leader Liu Jinliang and team member Yang Hainan. Their primary responsibilities include processing bottle-conveying lines and roller-conveying lines.
The finished parts assembly team consists of team leader Zhu Haitao and one new employee. Their primary responsibility is the processing of all company-provided components.

I. Individual Job Responsibilities:

① First and foremost, ensure safe production in the workshop. Constantly monitor the work conditions of personnel, and promptly identify and stop any safety hazards or violations of operating procedures. There’s no such thing as a minor safety issue. Taking this opportunity, I’d also like to remind everyone to pay close attention to safety at work—always check thoroughly before starting any task, and proactively prevent problems before they occur.
② Control production costs and adjust personnel allocation among work teams based on actual production conditions. Depending on the status of production tasks, you may request personnel transfers from other workshops.
③ Host the workshop morning meeting, provide technical and safety training to workshop personnel, and keep abreast of the daily production schedule and processing status to ensure that production proceeds smoothly and in an orderly manner.
④ 6S site management: A good working environment can better ensure safety and improve production efficiency.
⑤ Quality control: Quality is the cornerstone of an enterprise’s survival and development. Regularly inspect equipment throughout the production process to ensure quality, and propose improvements for process flows, tools, and fixtures that can be optimized.
⑥ Order planning management: Inspect the quality of all equipment and accessories that require shipment, ensuring that every piece of equipment dispatched by the company is qualified and of premium quality.
⑦ Responsible for quality inspection in the assembly workshop, addressing quality issues arising during production and handling employee feedback. Issue penalty notices for quality problems at the Friday quality meeting.
⑧ Actively cooperate with the work of other departments and diligently comply with other tasks and assignments assigned by company leaders.

——Liu Jindong

I’m delighted to be here today to report on my work. In line with the company’s development needs and the decisions made by our leaders, I’m honored to have been selected as the head of the B-order batch assembly workshop. First of all, I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our company’s leaders and colleagues for their trust and support. In the days ahead, I’ll work even harder to live up to everyone’s expectations. If there are any areas where my work falls short, I hope you’ll offer me plenty of guidance. Let’s all work together and move forward with one another.

I. Departmental Division of Labor and Job Responsibilities:

The workshop responsible for batch assembly of Order B produces in large quantities all standardized equipment, including the drying machine series, sealing machine series, filling machine series, bottle-rinsing machine series, capping machines, and packing platforms.
The workshop is temporarily divided into five teams, including one finished-product assembly team, three batch-equipment teams, and one B-order shield-processing team.
The finished-product assembly team consists of team leader Liu Jindong, team members Lü Chuanlin, and Shang Zhenbin. Their work involves the normal assembly of finished equipment, including standard blow dryers, standard bottle rinsing machines, and standard bottle control machines, among others.
Batch Equipment Team 1 consists of the following members: Team Leader Tan Jinlun, and team members Zhuang Chunfu, Li Mingguo, and Zhao Baosen. The main equipment under their responsibility includes: a conventional filling machine, a 2.4-meter detachable packing platform, a 1.5-meter detachable packing platform, a 1-meter non-powered conveyor line for boxes, and rolling platforms measuring 0.8 meters, 0.4 meters, and 0.64 meters.
Batch Equipment Team 2 consists of the following members: Team Leader Wang Shiqing, and team members Wang Yonggang and Wang Nengshuang. The primary equipment they are responsible for includes conventional sealing machines, stopper-inserting machines, capping machines, and vertical lid-applying devices.
Batch Equipment Team No. 3 consists of team leader Li Jiwei and team members Liu Peng and Li Zhenghai. The main equipment they are responsible for includes conventional linear filling machines, heat-shrinking machines, cap-feeding devices, wax-sealing machines, and more.
The B-order shield processing team consists of team leader Wang Shixi and team member Sha Tianmin. They are primarily responsible for the processing of complete machine shields.

I. Individual Job Responsibilities:

① Workshop safety management includes identifying and addressing all potential safety hazards, such as electrical safety and safe operation of equipment. Safety is a topic that will never go out of style—and it has been emphasized countless times—precisely to help everyone develop an awareness and habit of safe production, ensuring that safety is always with you, me, and him.
② 6S site management. A good working environment is an important safeguard for physical and mental health, and it can also enhance production efficiency.
③ Control of production progress: Based on the order dates, rationally schedule the time for work teams or workshops, and proactively identify and address any potential emergencies to ensure that ordered equipment is completed on time, with guaranteed quality and quantity.
④ Control of processing quality: Inspect equipment used in the production process to ensure the stability and reliability of processing equipment, and put forward rationalization suggestions for process flows, tools, and fixtures that can be improved.
⑤ Reasonably arrange the production plan by allocating personnel and time appropriately based on order status and the staffing conditions of workshop teams, ensuring that the production plan is completed on schedule.
Finally, I hope everyone will work together with one heart to create a bright future!
