Deepen on-site management and strengthen safety awareness.

——Theme
Safe production is the unity of safety and production. To do a good job in safety, we must improve working conditions and strengthen on-site management. On-site management is a comprehensive form of management at the production frontline—it is... Production Management is an important component and serves as a complement and deepening of the rational layout of production systems. It involves the rational and effective planning, organization, coordination, control, and monitoring of production factors to ensure they are in a well-integrated state, thereby achieving the goals of high-quality, efficient, low-consumption, balanced, safe, and civilized production. This, in turn, enhances enterprise profitability and promotes production development.
If on-site production management is inadequate, safety hazards are bound to arise, and naturally, costs cannot be reduced. As a result, the enterprise will lack competitiveness in the market. Therefore, it’s crucial to strengthen on-site management, deepen safety awareness, address fundamental issues in on-site management head-on, eliminate phenomena such as leaks, spills, drips, and poor conditions—such as dirtiness, disorder, and substandard quality—and cultivate employees’ high moral standards and strong safety consciousness. By doing so, we can achieve the goal of standardized enterprise management. We must firmly embed the notion that on-site management and safety are the lifeblood of our enterprise into our minds and into our daily job responsibilities. Only then can our enterprise remain vibrant and full of vitality on the path of sustainable development.
Analysis of Technical Feedback Issues and Workshop On-site Management Problems
— Yu Xinmin

Distinguished leaders and colleagues, good morning to all! Today, I’d like to focus on analyzing the technical issues reported during the production process. According to our statistics, from May 4 to June 30, 2022, the Production Department and workshop reported a total of 137 technical issues. The importance of product quality to our company goes without saying—no doubt everyone here understands this. Take, for example, the issue with detailed reports: this isn’t a matter of whether individual technicians are more or less skilled; rather, it’s fundamentally a question of responsibility. If, after completing their work, everyone were to conduct a thorough check and make necessary corrections—spending just one-tenth of the time they normally would—it could save as much as 23.5 hours of corrective work later on, significantly improving both efficiency and outcomes at minimal cost. Seen in this light, what reason do we have not to carefully review and correct our work once it’s finished? Of course, these 137 reported issues may not represent all the problems out there. I hope everyone will actively provide feedback. Without your input, technical issues will remain hidden, preventing us from making further and greater improvements and slowing down our productivity. Moving forward, the Technical Department will adopt a more serious attitude, pay close attention to self-inspection and self-checking in our daily work, implement appropriate disciplinary measures, and prevent the recurrence of errors, thereby reducing rework, saving production costs, and enhancing overall efficiency. In addition, according to the recent on-site inspections, various workshops have also been found to have on-site management issues to varying degrees. We encourage everyone to conduct a detailed analysis based on their own photos. Standardized on-site management plays a crucial role in enhancing work efficiency, improving product quality, and ensuring smooth production. We urge everyone to conduct self-inspections and self-checks against the on-site management regulations, thereby better maintaining their working environment, boosting work efficiency, and advancing together with the company!
