——Theme
First, employees are the driving force behind the company’s growth and development, serving as its cornerstone. The company will nominate and reward employees who demonstrate outstanding dedication, unity, and enthusiasm in their respective roles, consistently strive for the company’s advancement, exhibit high professional ethics and quality, and actively safeguard the company’s economic interests.
Second, Deng Xiaoping once said, “Development is the absolute truth.” Today, when product quality is the lifeblood of a company, it has become the cornerstone for an enterprise to gain a foothold in the market and the guarantee for its continued development. The quality of a product—whether superior or inferior—determines its very survival and even the fate of the enterprise’s development. At today’s morning meeting, we’ve identified several representative issues and asked the respective persons-in-charge from each workshop to analyze them carefully. We also encourage everyone to draw valuable lessons from these issues and take measures to prevent their recurrence.
Recognition of Good Deeds and Good People
In August of this year, faced with a tight schedule and a shortage of assembly personnel, Xu Junmin from the Production Department, in compliance with the company’s arrangement, urgently led Zheng Lianqiao and Lv Chuanlin from the Assembly Workshop to assemble two DGC filling machines on August 12. They sacrificed their rest time, worked overtime tirelessly, demonstrated great dedication and willingness to take on any task, actively cooperated with the team, and promptly completed the production plan, ensuring the smooth operation and trial run of the company’s equipment. This fully exemplifies their spirit of love for their work and professional dedication.
On August 16 and August 20, after receiving shipping notifications for orders 211228 and 210336, the company promptly organized staff to load the equipment. Due to the large number of items and heavy workload, many colleagues voluntarily took on the task of loading the equipment. After work hours, most employees didn't even have time to have dinner and continued working overtime—indeed, many stayed until 3 or 4 a.m. before finishing the loading, ensuring that the ordered equipment could be shipped on time. The following 14 colleagues participated in both overtime loading sessions: Liu Jindong, Ma Zhenhuan, Wang Hongjian, Zheng Kaiqiang, Jiang Wentao, Tan Jinlun, Wang Shixi, Wang Tongsheng, Zhu Ming, Yu Xinmin, Lü Yang, Zhang Jian, Dong Rongge, and Zhang Guili. The following 6 colleagues participated in just one overtime loading session: Zhang Xuedong, Zhang Qi, Zhang Yindong, Wang Tongjie, Shen Peiji, and Wu Yuming.
The first group of winners: Liu Jindong, Lü Yang, Tan Jinlun, Yu Xinmin, Xu Junmin, Zhang Guili, and Ma Zhenhuan; Sha Ning, General Manager of Qilu Packaging Machinery, presented awards to the winning employees.
The second group of award recipients: Zhu Ming, Zhang Jian, Wang Shixi, Wang Tongsheng, Zheng Kaiqiang, Wang Hongjian, Jiang Wentao, and Dong Rongge. This session’s rotating vice general manager, Yu Xinmin, presented the awards to the winning employees.
The third group of award recipients—Zhang Yindong, Zhang Qi, Wu Yuming, Wang Tongjie, Zhang Xuedong, and Shen Peiji—took the stage to receive their awards; Zhang Haoguo from the Production Department presented the awards to the winning employees.
Once again, congratulations to all the winners! The company’s steady growth would not have been possible without your dedication and hard work. Your efforts truly deserve full recognition and respect—thank you once again.

The workshop representatives analyzed, one by one, the quality issues that arose during their work processes based on the PPT slides and then summarized their findings.
Without quality, there is no market; without quality, there is no profit; without quality, there is no development. Therefore, quality is the ultimate truth! Especially now, when the global economy is in a downturn, we must place even greater emphasis on product quality and ensure that we win by delivering superior quality!
