Our company’s products place great emphasis on energy conservation and consumption reduction in the area of energy recycling. Over the past... After 30 years of exploration, we have accumulated many advanced experiences in energy conservation and consumption reduction. The key approaches to energy conservation focus on the following areas:
I. Management Aspects
1. Assist the head of the Equipment Department in establishing an energy conservation management organization, responsible for conducting energy-saving assessments for this production line, and train the production line’s management personnel to become part-time energy managers, who will be responsible for the energy management tasks on the production line. Improve the energy management system and employ scientific management approaches and advanced technologies. Means Develop and implement energy-saving plans and measures for the organization, and utilize energy in a rational and efficient manner.
2. Regarding production line layout, consider the convenience of material and energy flows from the perspective of process flow design and layout. During installation, pay overall attention to identifying any areas that may impede material and energy flows, and make timely adjustments accordingly.
II. Regarding Electricity Usage
1. The entire line features intelligent operation, enabling automatic startup upon bottle arrival and automatic shutdown when no bottles are present, significantly reducing power consumption.
2. LED energy-saving quality inspection lights promote green lighting, use energy-efficient bulbs, and allow brightness to be adjusted as needed, saving electricity costs every year.
3. Connect electrical equipment to the low-voltage three-phase system and carefully adjust the balance of the three-phase loads. Quality inspection lamps must ensure that the maximum phase load does not exceed the average value of the three-phase loads. 15%.
4. The entire line adopts The SEW variable-frequency drive system operates the motor at an efficiency range of 50% to 80%, resulting in significant energy savings, reduced power consumption, and substantial reductions in electricity costs. The electricity-saving rate is approximately 15%.
5. Select the conductor cross-section based on the economic current density for wire and cable installation, and rationally adjust the wiring layout to reduce line losses from the receiving end to the electrical equipment, ensuring that the line loss rate meets the national standard requirements.
6. Reasonably configure the routing of cable trays to minimize the length of feeder cables as much as possible.
III. Water Usage
1. Install metering devices at the inlets of water-using units, and select energy-efficient and high-quality steam traps and isolation valves to reduce and prevent water leaks, thereby lowering energy consumption.
2. Recycling of bottle-washing water: After the final rinse, the fresh water is filtered and reused for rinsing with hydrogen peroxide in the preceding stage, effectively enabling the repeated use of water resources and saving at least water consumption. Over 40%.
3. In the water storage tank, an electronic liquid-level control system is used; when the liquid level reaches its maximum, the system can automatically shut off.
4. The discharged wastewater, after being filtered, fully meets the standards for irrigation and can be discharged into stormwater systems. Collect The pond fully meets the requirements for reclaimed water reuse and is used for landscaping and road flushing.
5. After-sales personnel annually In mid-March, check the concealed pipes to prevent leaks.
