How do you replace and install the sealing ring on a filling machine?

1. Loosen the central-axis connecting nut between the filling machine’s cylinder and oil cylinder, then remove the connecting rod. 2. Loosen the four fixing bolts on the cylinder and take off the cylinder. 3. Remove the piston from inside the filling machine’s oil cylinder and secure it in a vise. 4. Use a flat-head screwdriver to remove the old sealing ring.

1. Loosen the central-axis connecting nut between the filling machine’s cylinder and oil cylinder, and then remove the connecting rod.

2. Loosen the four fixing bolts on the cylinder and remove the cylinder.

3. Insert the piston into the oil-filling cylinder and secure it in a vise.

4. Remove the old sealing ring using a flathead screwdriver.

5. Briefly scald the new sealing ring with boiling water, then carefully pry it into the groove in the correct direction—do not install it backward. Be careful not to damage the sealing ring or the piston.

6. Use a flathead screwdriver to insert the piston into the cylinder. While inserting, one person should hold down the piston rod, while another uses the flathead screwdriver to gently press the sealing ring into the cylinder. Be careful not to damage the filling machine’s sealing ring or the inner surface of the cylinder.

7. Reassemble the cylinder in the original disassembly order and tighten the connecting nuts.
