First, let’s take a look at how to use, maintain, and install it:
1. Since the filling machine is an automated device, the sizes of the pull-tab bottles, bottle liners, and bottle caps must all be uniform.
2. Open machine Before starting, first use the hand crank to rotate the machine and check for any unusual movements. Only after confirming that it’s operating normally can you turn it on. machine 。
3. When adjusting the machine, use tools appropriately. It is strictly prohibited to use excessively large tools or apply excessive force when disassembling parts, as this could damage machine components or impair machine performance.
4. After each machine adjustment, be sure to tighten all loosened screws. Only after manually turning the machine with the handle to verify that its movements meet the requirements can you proceed to start it up. machine 。
5. The machine must be kept clean at all times. It is strictly prohibited to allow oil stains, chemical solutions, or glass fragments on the machine, as these could cause damage. Therefore, it is essential to:
⑴ During the production process, promptly remove any medicinal liquids or glass fragments from the machine.
⑵ Before handing over the shift, clean all surfaces of the machine and apply clean lubricant to all moving parts.
⑶ Clean thoroughly once a week, paying special attention to areas that are usually difficult to clean and wiping them clean or blowing them clean with compressed air.
Disinfection and rinsing
1. Loosen the upper and lower set screws, remove the infusion system for overall disinfection, or disassemble it and disinfect and clean each component separately.
2. Place the liquid inlet tube into the cleaning solution and turn on the machine to start cleaning.
3. The 500ml model may have some measurement error during actual filling; therefore, use a graduated cylinder to ensure accurate measurements before starting formal filling.
4. For the filling machine, use standard 5 ml or 10 ml syringes for Model 10; use 20 ml glass fillers for Model 20; and use 100 ml glass fillers for Model 100.
Installation Precautions
1. After unpacking the machine, first check whether the accompanying technical documentation is complete and whether the machine has been damaged during transportation, so that any issues can be addressed promptly.
2. Install and adjust the feed component and the discharge component according to the outline diagrams provided in this manual.
3. Apply new lubricant to each lubrication point.
4. Use the hand crank to rotate the machine and check whether it is operating in the correct direction (when facing the motor spindle, the rotation should be counterclockwise). The machine must be properly grounded.
