Fault 1: The machine cannot start normally.
Fault Cause Analysis:
1. The emergency stop switch has not been reset;
2. Circuit malfunction;
3. Motor damage.
Suggested exclusion method:
1. Reset the emergency stop switch;
2. Please have a professional appliance repair technician inspect it.
3. Replace the motor.
Fault No. 2: Inaccurate filling capacity.
Fault cause analysis: Is the electromagnetic weighing sensor malfunctioning?
Fault 3: Frequent breakdowns and shutdowns.

2. The bottle wheel does not match the bottle;
3. The conveyor speed is mismatched;
4. The overload switch below the bottle wheel is installed too high.
5. The overload spring is too loose.
Suggested exclusion method:
1. Replace with a matching bottle-picking wheel;
2. Adjust the bottle conveyor speed;
3. Adjust the clearance to 0.5 millimeters and tighten the spring.
Fault 4: No filling.

1. Check whether all electrical components are functioning properly.
2. Check whether the inlet and outlet check valves are properly open or closed.
Fault 5: Overload failure.
Fault Cause Analysis: Limit switch damaged or improperly positioned.
