Enhancing our focus on delivery lead times can bring substantial growth and competitive advantages to our company. By shortening our response cycle to customers and swiftly addressing unexpected and unstable demands, we can seize new market opportunities, gain market share from uncertain competitors, and achieve higher asset returns. Therefore, only by implementing robust order-delivery management that ensures timely fulfillment can enterprises meet market demands.
