How automated can a baijiu bottling machine be?

The baijiu filling machine features a stainless steel body, a compact structure, a sophisticated control system, easy operation, and a high degree of automation. So just how automated can this filling machine really be? We can get a clear picture by examining the following aspects:

1. A clutch protection device is installed at the bottle-feeding and discharging wheel. When a bottle gets jammed, the machine will automatically stop, and a buzzer will sound “beep-beep” to alert the operator. At this point, the fault should be promptly addressed; after the bottle-dispensing disc is reset, the machine can be restarted.

2. Each filling valve operates independently to complete the quantitative filling of liquids at different stations.

3. When adjusting the filling capacity, the adjustment is fully electric; simply modify the numerical value of the fill quantity. Additionally, a fine-adjustment mechanism for individual measuring cups is provided.

4. The filling capacity is determined by the length to which the air outlet tube is inserted into the bottle; to adjust it, simply move the locking nut up or down.

5. A manual lifting mechanism is used to accommodate bottling at different heights.
