In today’s fiercely competitive market environment, on-time order delivery has become a critically important service indicator for manufacturing enterprises. At recent morning meetings, the company has repeatedly analyzed the root causes and proposed improvement measures around the question: “How can we enhance our on-time order delivery rate?” We’ve now achieved substantial progress, and I’d like to commend and recognize these efforts.
