Sealing Machine Head Replacement Tutorial
Step 1: Use a wrench to loosen this round nut. While turning the nut, be sure to support the head of the screwdriver with your hand to prevent it from falling.
Step 2: Install the new capping head. Align the key on the capping head with the keyway in the connecting part, then begin installation.
Step 3: Tighten the nut. Once installation is complete, try lifting the rotary capping head by hand. If you can lift it this way, it means the installation is finished and the device is ready for normal use.
When installing the capping head, a special situation may arise: the nut becomes noticeably difficult to turn upward, and the fastening position is significantly lower than normal. This indicates that the square hole in the middle of the connecting part is misaligned. In this case, you’ll first need to loosen the nut—loosen it until the nut can rotate freely—and then gently rotate the bottom pressing head until the nut can once again be turned upward without resistance. At this point, the installation is complete. You can now try lifting the head with both hands; if it lifts easily, it confirms that the installation has been successfully completed.
