Adjust work status and order plans.

——Li Haitao

After the New Year, we’ve been back at work for a while now, and everyone has adjusted their work rhythms effectively. Following the holiday, we’ve been bolstering our team through various channels—such as job fairs and online recruitment. New employees are encouraged to communicate more, while veteran staff members are asked to offer extra support, helping newcomers integrate into our team more quickly. Although workshop conditions remain relatively tight, our work ethic is high and enthusiastic. Now that we’ve set our goals, we should settle down, stay focused on our objectives, and diligently carry out our tasks at our posts with perseverance and unwavering commitment. In real life, we must accurately define our roles within our teams and bravely take responsibility for our assigned tasks.
Safety is paramount in production. To ensure safe production, conducting thorough safety education is a prerequisite. Therefore, learning, promoting, and disseminating relevant safety knowledge has become an important task for effectively safeguarding safe production. During the production process, it is imperative to strictly implement and comply with safety-related laws, regulations, and policies. We must also intensify publicity and education efforts as well as provide targeted skills training, fostering a strong awareness that “production must be safe, and only with safety can we achieve production,” and that “safety is the greatest source of benefit.”

I. Recent Production Plan:

The company’s plans are divided into three categories: 1. S orders—experimental single-unit equipment, intended for later mass production; 2. B orders—equipment already in warehouse inventory, prepared in advance for bulk equipment needed to fulfill sales orders; 3. Sales orders—orders placed by customers for products that have already been scheduled.
Recently, the production task for Order S includes the following equipment for preliminary experiments: a 2-meter palletizing and depalletizing machine, a box-sorting and arranging mechanism, robotic palletizing, pressure-free conveying, and pallet-turning mechanisms. We’d like to remind everyone that all processes with an S order number should be prioritized for processing; only after passing the experimental tests can we proceed with mass production.
Sales Order No. 210113: The time-controlled valve linear filling machine is currently undergoing assembly and processing. Trial runs have been completed, and shipment is scheduled for the near future. For Order No. 210118, the filling machine—modified from 24 heads to 18 heads—along with its negative-pressure valves, are being processed in the sheet-metal and metalworking workshops. The delivery date is March 12, after which the components will be transferred to the assembly line for final assembly. Order No. 210119 includes a five-in-one machine comprising a 2,000-bottle line, an 18-head filling machine, a single-head nitrogen-injection unit, a 16-head filling machine, a single-head stopper-inserting machine, and another nitrogen-injection unit. Due to the customer’s bottle type not yet arriving, production at the glass-bottle wheel workshop has been temporarily suspended. Orders No. 210208 and 210207—the two single-head automatic sealing machines—are currently undergoing trial runs; mid-to-late stage assembly preparations are underway, and shipment is expected soon. Order No. 210304—a bottle-conveying line consisting of 190 interconnected sheet-metal parts—will complete its metalworking and assembly processes by March 11 and be shipped on March 12. Orders No. 210307, 210306, and 210216—three 4-head sealing machines—are scheduled for shipment this week following assembly and trial runs. Order No. 210202—a 16-head sealing machine—is currently being processed in the sheet-metal and metalworking workshops; all components will be completed and handed over for assembly by March 12. Order No. 210310—a 18-head negative-pressure filling machine—is undergoing assembly this week and will be shipped next week after trial runs. Order No. 210301—a bottle-rinsing and filling machine for a 3,000-bottle production line—will be shipped once assembly is complete, scheduled for March 15. Order No. 210118—a 30-head bottle-rinsing machine, a 24-head sealing machine, and a 6-head stopper-inserting machine forming a 6,000-bottle production line, along with a 4,500-bottle production line—all components are being assembled and undergo final debugging; two lines will be shipped shortly. Orders No. 210219 and 210220—a 12-head filling machine and a 4-head sealing machine for a 3,000-bottle line—have some parts currently undergoing metalworking and sheet-metal processing; assembly, trial runs, and shipment are planned for these orders. Order No. 210218—a 4-head bottle-rinsing machine and a 6A filling machine—comprises two 4,500-bottle production lines. Orders No. 210204 and 210205 cover exhibition equipment. Order No. 201134—a five-in-one machine including an 18-head bottle-rinsing machine, a 16-head filling machine, a single-head nitrogen-injection unit, and a single-head stopper-inserting machine—all components are scheduled for delivery by the end of March.
In April, we delivered order 201226, which includes a 18,000-bottle production line requiring the shipment of 72 bottle-rinsing machines, 48-48 empty-bottle handling machines, 12 capping machines (non-pressure type), a pallet-unloading machine, a robotic case-stacking machine, a robotic palletizing machine, and a roller conveyor system—all for Line No. 1. Additionally, this order also involves five lines of refurbished equipment, newly processed components, and a subsequent packaging line. The sheet-metal workshop and metalworking workshop have been focusing on processing key orders in March. Specifically, order 210217 includes six-wheel bottle-rinsing machines, six-wheel filling machines, 18-head capping machines, and four-head filling machines for a 4,500-bottle line—these are currently being processed in the sheet-metal and metalworking workshops. Order 210212 features eight-wheel bottle-rinsing machines, electronic-metering filling machines with 24 heads, and technical drawings are being prepared. Order 200206 involves six-wheel bottle-rinsing machines, 24-head filling machines, six-head capping machines, and a 6,000-bottle line—sheet-metal and metalworking processes are underway. On March 11, 2021, we delivered a straight-line filling machine with 10 heads—a main production line—and technical drawings have been finalized. On February 9, 2021, we delivered a combined machine featuring 30-24 capping machines with six heads—technical drawings are being prepared. On February 13, 2021, we delivered a combined machine comprising 30-24-4 bottle-rinsing machines, filling machines, stopper-inserting machines, six-head heat-shrinking machines, and six-head cap-applying machines—technical drawings are being prepared. On March 9, 2021, we delivered a capping machine with four heads—technical drawings are being prepared. On January 17, 2021, we delivered a combined machine with 24-4-4 filling and capping machines, along with a screw-capping machine—technical drawings are being prepared. On January 6, 2021, we delivered a 48-head bottle-rinsing machine, a 36-head empty-bottle handling machine, a 36-head filling machine, an 8-head capping machine, and a 6,000-bottle line—eight-wheel bottle-rinsing machines, 30 control bottles, 30 filling machines, and 8 capping machines—all part of a 6,000-bottle line—technical drawings are being prepared, with processing ongoing in the sheet-metal and metalworking workshops. On February 11, 2021, we delivered a combined machine with 30-30-8-8 pharmaceutical equipment—technical drawings are being prepared. On February 10, 2021, we delivered a combined machine with 84-20 filling machines and a constant-level liquid-control system—technical drawings are being prepared. These are post-sales orders.
For Order B, we have 3 units: a 100-head filling machine, a 12-head filling machine, an 18-head sealing machine, and a 4-head machine. This was the preparation plan before the New Year, and now we’ve also started small-batch production. In 2021, for Order B, we’ll supply 50 units of 2/4-meter packing platforms, 50 units of 3/5-meter lid applicators, 100 units of plastic anti-pressure capping machines, and 50 units of 6-wheel continuous-track bottle-rinsing machines. We’ll also provide 30 units each of inclined-shake and flat-shake lid-sorting devices.
During the morning meeting, I’ll brief everyone on the production schedule, including the names and quantities of processing equipment, completion deadlines, and key orders. The workload is heavy, and the delivery deadlines are tight—so let’s keep a calm and composed mindset. Remember: the wider your heart, the wider your path will be. It’s crucial to maintain a positive attitude—unity breeds efficiency, unity yields results. Let’s work together across all departments to successfully complete our tasks.
