Dry-pack equipment Assembly Workshop Members, Division of Labor, and Job Responsibilities

——Wang Tongjie

I’m truly honored to stand here today and share with you my new job responsibilities. Based on the company’s development needs and the decisions made by our leaders, I’m fortunate to have been selected as the head of the dry-pack equipment assembly workshop. First of all, I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our company’s leadership and colleagues for their trust and support. Moving forward, I’ll continue to work just as hard and diligently as ever, not only performing my current duties to the best of my ability but also taking on my new responsibilities with full commitment. I’m determined not to let down everyone’s expectations. If there’s anything in my work that falls short of your standards, I hope you’ll kindly offer me your guidance—let’s strive together to keep improving!

I. Departmental Division of Labor and Job Responsibilities:

The workshop is temporarily divided into two teams: a dry-pack finished-product assembly team and a dry-pack finished-product assembly and after-sales installation team.
The dry-pack finished-product assembly team consists of team leader Wang Tongjie, and team members Tian Shichao, Zhang Guibin, and Wang Lifan. The equipment they are responsible for includes: packing machines, de-palletizing machines, palletizing machines, case-opening machines, stacker-retriever machines, and equipment for processing sales orders.
The dry-pack finished-product assembly and after-sales installation team consists of Deputy Team Leader Song Yushuang and two new employees. The team is primarily responsible for the installation and commissioning of finished products.

II. Individual Job Responsibilities:

① Regarding workshop safety, this includes identifying and addressing all potential hazards—such as water, electricity, and gas safety, as well as equipment operation safety. Safety is an ever-relevant topic, and we’ve emphasized it repeatedly. I hope everyone will make it a habit to check thoroughly before starting any work, nipping dangers in the bud and leaving no room for accidents to occur.
② 6S site management. A good working environment is a prerequisite for improving work efficiency and also forms the foundation for a company’s survival and development.
③ Quality control during processing: Inspect equipment used in the production process to ensure the stability and reliability of processing equipment, and put forward rationalization proposals for process flows, tools, and fixtures that can be improved.
④ Workshop team management: Based on the staffing situation of workshop teams, reasonably allocate management personnel and time to ensure that production plans are smoothly and punctually completed.
⑤ Dry-pack planning and management: This includes arranging production schedules, allocating personnel, conducting acceptance inspections of all equipment prior to shipment, and performing quality checks on spare parts—ensuring that the equipment shipped by the company is stable and reliable.
Finally, I hope everyone will work together with one heart, make joint progress, and create new glories!
My presentation is now over. Thank you, everyone!

Today, I’m truly honored to stand here and report on our work to all of you. Under the leadership of our General Manager and through the concerted efforts of all our colleagues, we’ve continuously set new records in order volume. Construction of our new factory is also actively underway, and our team continues to expand. To keep pace with the company’s development, our management has promoted me to Deputy Director of the Procurement Department. Every procurement officer should conscientiously implement the company’s procurement management regulations and detailed implementation rules, strictly adhering to the procurement plan to promptly and reasonably reduce procurement costs. At the same time, we must rigorously control quality, take full responsibility for the quality of the products we procure, and actively assist the production department in addressing any issues that arise during product usage. It is essential to arrange the procurement sequence rationally, prioritizing tasks according to their urgency and importance, thereby enhancing overall work efficiency. We also hope that all leaders and colleagues will closely supervise the work of the Procurement Department, offer valuable feedback, and help us further improve our work standards and professional capabilities, enabling the Procurement Department to reach new heights.
