6S Site Management Inspection Summary
——Liu Jindong

The essence of on-site management is an execution-oriented corporate culture. Properly implementing on-site management can effectively enhance work efficiency, ensure quality, guarantee safe production, and keep the work environment clean and orderly.
During the recent comprehensive inspection, our team exhibited instances of non-compliance and untidiness—such as cluttered waste, tangled wires, scattered tools, and disorganized placement of parts. These issues reflect a weak awareness of on-site management among our members. Of course, I myself also bear an undeniable share of responsibility. In my future work, I will lead by example, fully recognize the importance of on-site management, strictly adhere to standardized operating procedures and on-site management practices, and never rely on luck or chance.
After the issue arose, the team members immediately recognized its severity, promptly carried out corrective actions, and implemented effective adjustments as well as on-site management training for team members.
I. In future work, I will:
1. Do not litter. After generating waste, dispose of it in the bin designated for your team, and at the end of the shift, empty it into the centralized waste bin.
II. Promptly clean up iron filings once they are generated to keep the site tidy and prevent injuries from punctures.
3. Parts shall be uniformly arranged and placed in designated locations, with neat and tidy placement requirements.
4. Ensure safe and proper use of electrical wires; after use, promptly place them back in their designated storage area—do not leave them lying around randomly.
5. After use, tools should be placed in their designated locations and arranged uniformly.
Here, I also hope everyone will fully recognize the importance of on-site management, take it as a lesson, conduct self-checks and self-corrections, and avoid the occurrence of non-compliant behaviors.
Finally, I wish everyone smooth sailing at work and good health. That’s all for my speech—thank you, everyone!
6S Site Management
——Feng Futian

The 6S on-site management consists of: Sort, Set in order, Sweep, Sanitize, Self-discipline, and Safety.
Based on the comprehensive inspection results, the following summary is provided:
Main content:
1. On-site environment: The floor is clean, and the safety passage markings are clear and distinct. A good environment helps us work more effectively.
2. Designated placement: All frequently used items—such as tools, measuring instruments, fixtures, and jigs—should be placed in designated locations, making them easier to find and significantly boosting our work efficiency.
3. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance daily according to the equipment maintenance checklist, cultivating good habits. For equipment that is not used frequently over long periods, assign personnel to carry out regular maintenance and upkeep.
4. Management of raw materials: All raw materials at each work site shall be managed in designated locations with clear labeling, clearly indicating the material type, order number, drawing number, and other relevant information to enable users to quickly locate them.
5. Safety Training: Regularly providing employees with safety training helps enhance each employee’s safety awareness and enables proactive prevention of potential hazards.
6S site management is the foundation of operational management. Developing good habits can significantly improve our product quality, work efficiency, and environmental hygiene.
My presentation is now over. Thank you, everyone.
6S Site Management Summary
——Chen Guoqiang

During the recent comprehensive inspection, irregularities were found at the production site: welded frames were all left lying around in the workshop, improperly arranged and even blocking fire escape routes, resulting in a rather cluttered production environment.
Now, I’d like to share with you how to effectively manage the production site.
Main content:
1. After the end of daily production, all production equipment, tools, and the floor must be thoroughly cleaned, and all items must be neatly arranged.
2. Raw materials that fall onto the floor during work must be promptly swept up and properly disposed of.
3. Unused raw materials and auxiliary materials should be cleaned up promptly and neatly stacked.
4. Tools, containers, molds, and handling equipment shall be neatly arranged in designated locations and kept clean.
5. Welded fixtures and machinery should be promptly transferred to the next process step, and any surplus frame components should be promptly stored in the warehouse, maintaining a hygienic, clean, and tidy working environment.
Thank you, everyone.
6S On-site Management Comprehensive Inspection Summary
——Zhang Haoguo

Today, my speech is divided into the following three parts:
I. The Importance of On-site Management.
II. There are problems with on-site management.
III. Measures implemented to address issues in on-site management.
Main content:
I. The Importance of On-site Management.
The importance of on-site management is not only reflected within the company itself, but also plays a crucial role in presenting the company’s image to the outside world.
Recently, many interviewees who visited the company’s workshop gave high praise to its on-site management. This reflects the company’s professional and standardized corporate image as it presents itself to the public.
During many customer visits to the company’s workshop, the on-site management of the workshop also received high praise, and the workshop has earned a prominent position not only within the city but also across the entire national machinery industry.
II. Issues in On-site Management.
1. Parts are left lying on the floor. 2. Parts are blocking safety passageways. 3. Equipment maintenance is inadequate. 4. Completed parts are stored in the workshop beyond their scheduled time. 5. The work area is not cleaned up promptly and regularly. 6. Garbage is littered randomly around the premises. 7. Work uniforms are worn untidily. 8. Equipment is arranged in a messy manner.
III. Measures implemented to address issues in on-site management.
To ensure orderly production and enable everyone to work in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, the company has, after careful deliberation, decided to establish the “On-site Management Inspection Notification, Rectification, and Implementation Management System.” The specific details are as follows:
1. Each workshop shall divide its control areas by work teams, and the team leaders shall be responsible for the safety and hygiene of their respective areas.
2. A site inspection team has been established within the company. The team leader is Mr. Sha, and the team members include Yu Xinmin, Zhang Guili, Zhang Haoguo, and all shift supervisors. We will adopt a model that involves centralized inspections every Thursday as well as unscheduled inspections conducted by individual team members. For any issues identified during inspections, we will take photos and print them out, trace them back to the respective shift supervisors, set deadlines for corrective actions, and then submit the findings to the Administration Department for compilation and statistical analysis.
Scope of inspection:
1. Parts are left on the floor. 2. Parts are blocking safety passageways. 3. Equipment maintenance is required. 4. Completed parts are stored without proper timekeeping. 5. The work area is not regularly inspected for cleanliness. 6. Trash is littered randomly around the workplace. 7. Work uniforms are worn untidily. 8. Equipment is arranged in a messy manner.
Measures taken in response to the identified issues.
1. A centralized inspection will be conducted on Thursday, and the results will be announced on Friday. By next Wednesday, corrective actions must be completed and inspected, and the best and worst teams in each workshop will be identified.
2. Issues identified by members of the hygiene supervision team will be reported at the midday coordination meeting, and a deadline for rectification will be set.
3. The Administration Department will compile and publicly announce each month the best and worst teams of the month within the workshop, and at year-end, it will reward the outstanding teams.
It’s indeed not easy to develop good habits. All we need to do is to give priority to thinking about the right way to handle every task in our production and work, and then follow that right approach. I believe that before long, we’ll surely cultivate excellent work habits, our workplace hygiene will greatly improve, and our work efficiency will soar.
Recognition of Quarterly Model Workers and After-Sales Service Award Winners
During the second quarter—the period when the company experienced a surge in orders and an overwhelming workload—the company entered its peak production phase. To ensure the smooth achievement of all company objectives, departments actively communicated and coordinated with one another. All employees braved the intense summer heat, working tirelessly and without complaint. Thanks to the concerted efforts of every employee, we have largely completed last quarter’s production targets. The company would like to extend its heartfelt gratitude to all employees who have remained steadfast at their posts, working diligently and assiduously. We sincerely appreciate the hard work and contributions that each and every employee has made toward the company’s development.
During the second quarter, a large number of outstanding employees emerged—dedicated and selfless individuals who braved the scorching heat and relentless sun to remain steadfast at their posts, thereby providing effective assurance for the smooth completion of production tasks. After careful deliberation by the company’s leadership, it has been decided to award them the “Quarterly Model Worker Award.” The recipients of the “Quarterly Model Worker Award” for the second quarter are: Liu Zhipeng, Ma Zhenhuan, Zhang Jian, Liu Jindong, Li Xizeng, Chen Guoqiang, Wang Tongjie, Liu Guowang, Li Jiwei, Sha Tao, Wang Tongyu, Yang Fengjun, Wang Lintao, Yu Xinmin, Cong Wei, Zhu Hongsheng, Lü Zengshan, Zhao Haibin, Zhang Yugang, and Zhu Haitao.

Wang Jianliang and Zhang Guoqing from the Project Department, Tian Jun from the Sales Department, and Cheng Guodong from the Administration Department immediately adjusted their work assignments upon receiving the assignment orders and reported to the Production Department on time, thereby ensuring the company’s production activities continued as usual.
Meanwhile, the after-sales service team led by Master Xu Junmin has remained steadfastly on the front lines, diligently carrying out installation and commissioning work. Especially since the installation and commissioning of the first project in Xianghe began in May, Xu Junmin, Li Mingguo, Tian Shichao, Zhang Guibin, Lü Yang, and others have been providing continuous service for nearly two months straight—during which time they haven’t even returned home once. Their spirit of tireless dedication and tenacious perseverance is truly worthy of emulation by each and every one of us. According to the statistics on the number of days spent on after-sales service trips, those who traveled more than 50 days in the first half of 2021, as well as those who participated in the installation and commissioning in Xianghe, have been awarded the “After-Sales Service Award.” They are: Xu Junmin, Song Yushuang, Wang Nengshuang, Li Mingguo, Tian Shichao, Zhang Guibin, Lü Yang, Zhang Qi, Zeng Xiantong, Wang Guotao, Li Mengyang, Wei Ziting, Liu Cheng, Wang Tongyu, Wang Yonggang, Lü Chuanlin, and Liu Fulu. The power of role models is limitless. The spirit of model workers is an important embodiment of our corporate ethos and a vital source of spiritual motivation that inspires us to forge ahead with courage and determination. “Those who act consistently succeed, and those who persevere always reach their goals.” Let us take one step at a time and confidently embrace a brighter future for Qilu!
