——Li Haitao

Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise and the inexhaustible driving force behind its development. At its core are the enterprise’s spirit and values. Enterprise certification is based on 6S management, which encompasses people, materials, equipment, methods, environment, and systems within the organization. The 6S site management approach implemented by the company is a highly effective site management philosophy and methodology widely adopted in modern factories. It significantly enhances efficiency, ensures quality, maintains a clean and orderly work environment, emphasizes prevention as the primary strategy, and guarantees workplace safety.

One, Company issued   Products on display:

In the development of our Qilu packaging machinery industry, we specialize in liquid filling equipment. Previously, we provided equipment for industries such as baijiu, huangjiu, wine, seasonings, and beverages—covering processes like bottle rinsing, filling, and sealing. We adhere to the principle of ensuring product quality and providing timely support from our after-sales service team to promptly address any issues. With continuous advancements in filling technology and ongoing improvements to our equipment, we are now able to meet the needs of a significant portion of our customers in the market. We have further expanded into new fields, developing cutting-edge equipment for industries such as pesticides, disinfectants, oral liquids, urea, packing, de-palletizing, and palletizing. This ensures that packaged products achieve increased sales in the market. Advanced, specialized designs make our equipment more tailored and better aligned with customer needs. For a company to achieve greater growth, it must first capture a larger market. As the market expands, so too can our company; only by staying ahead with innovative products can our company take the lead and remain at the forefront of the global stage.

II. New Planning for the Company’s Development Workshop:

From liquid filling equipment all the way to subsequent packaging machinery, our large-scale B-order equipment demands a fresh approach to planning. Now that mass production is ramping up, we’re committed to ensuring consistent quality while scaling up batch processing. We’re also expanding our network of external suppliers and partners to reduce costs and boost production efficiency, enabling us to deliver high-quality equipment at lower prices to our customers. We’ve given careful consideration to storage issues for our equipment. Due to challenges such as unfinished workshop conditions or production schedules that prevent downtime, customer orders sometimes need to be temporarily stored at our company premises. To address this, and in response to customer requests for showcasing our new products and showroom equipment—equipment that can’t currently be displayed at our facilities—we’re under the leadership of our company’s management team, meticulously reorganizing our entire production layout to maximize space utilization. We’re preparing to repurpose both the first and second floors by constructing entirely new workshops dedicated to metalworking and sheet-metal fabrication. Our goal is to create the safest possible workshop environment, with internal configurations meeting—and even exceeding—national safety standards in terms of electrical and plumbing systems, as well as workplace safety measures for each work team. First and foremost, we’re completely clearing out the old assembly workshop to prepare it for roof replacement.

3. Determine the location of each workshop:

First, all personnel and equipment in the old assembly workshop must be thoroughly cleaned by November 12. Construction will begin on November 13. Currently, what we’re doing is moving materials from each work team to the new assembly area. This includes all assembly teams, the new-product team, and the new-product processing team. After the relocation is complete, we’ll conduct a follow-up inspection to ensure that no materials or long-unused equipment have been left behind.

Step two: Construction was completed on December 4. The renovation project for the existing assembly area involved internal refurbishment of the floor, walls, and utilities such as water, electricity, and gas. All auxiliary facilities supporting production must be fully completed by December 20. The sheet-metal workshop has begun moving its entire operation to the new workshop, with Zhao Haibin taking charge of the relocation. By January 5, the entire relocation of the sheet-metal workshop will be completed. (Note: Special emphasis on the timing for the sheet-metal workshop.)

Step 3: On December 25, all assembly teams from the assembly workshop will begin moving their equipment and materials to the sheet-metal workshop. By January 5 at the latest, the entire operation will be relocated to the current sheet-metal workshop for temporary production. For the metalworking workshop’s lathes, preparatory work—including ground excavation—will be carried out ahead of schedule. (The focus is on the preliminary preparations for the metalworking workshop.)

Part Four: By January 30, all the metalworking workshop equipment will have been moved to the newly renovated assembly workshop according to the newly planned blueprints. (Focus on major metalworking equipment and safety considerations.)

Step 5: Construction of the new workshop. Meanwhile, the relocation of the warehouse will be adjusted according to the workshop’s layout; further planning details will be announced separately.

During this large-scale upgrade and renovation project, our first priority is to take customer orders into account and ensure timely delivery of equipment. We must not use the workshop’s upgrade and renovation as an excuse to extend the project schedule. Here, I’d like to remind all employees that when customers pay for our equipment, what they’re really seeking is quality—and adherence to the agreed-upon schedule. Our equipment is designed to generate value for our customers; therefore, we must not let the upgrade and renovation delay the production of their orders. The production department plays a crucial role in this upgrade and renovation process. We must ensure that delivery deadlines are met without delay, product quality is consistently maintained, and that construction in the new workshop is carried out safely.

4. Solidarity and Cooperation:

The renovation of the company’s new workshop requires the participation of everyone—from technical planning and logistical support during construction, to procurement of materials, after-sales service provided by the sales team, and production itself. The key responsibility lies in each employee conscientiously fulfilling their job duties and consciously identifying themselves as an integral part of the collective—shifting from being passive to proactive, moving from “I’m told to do it” to “I want to do it,” and voluntarily giving their best for the company. We must not measure our actions by personal gains or losses; whether or not we act, and how much we do—all these should always reflect a clear sense of our own position and a keen understanding of the overall situation. We must firmly establish the mindset that Qilu is our common home and that its development depends on all of us working together as owners. All employees must achieve genuine ideological unity this time—thinking with one mind and pooling our efforts in one direction. We must fulfill our responsibilities toward the company, which has provided us with the space and platform for growth. We need to approach our work with abundant enthusiasm and even greater vigor. Putting the company’s interests above all else and keeping the bigger picture in mind, we must ensure that every task is completed with high quality and on time. We must closely align our team’s interests with our personal interests. When the company prospers, everyone benefits. Let’s unite as one and collectively accomplish this significant mission.

Workshop Upgrade and renovation Plan and Safety Precautions

                                            — Zhao Haibin

I. Workshop Roof Renovation Plan:

1. The roof renovation plan for the old assembly workshop is scheduled to begin on November 13, 2020, and will be completed by November 30. The renovation work includes adding purlins, replacing gutters, and upgrading downspouts, among other tasks.

2. Indoor wall sealing and wall painting are expected to be completed by December 5. The power supply lines for major equipment, the renovation of electrical panels, and foundation treatment for critical and major equipment are all expected to be finished by December 10.

3. The overall relocation of the sheet-metal workshop is expected to be completed by the end of December. Given the tight schedule and heavy workload, we hope that all departments will support each other, work together in unity, and successfully complete the workshop renovation project. This will give the workshop a completely new look and serve as a wonderful gift to our company as it prepares to celebrate its 30th anniversary.

II. Let me once again share with everyone some recent security incidents:

1. Let me first talk about the November 2 incident. Around 4 p.m. on November 2, a fire broke out at a certain factory when welding work near the warehouse ignited chemical raw materials stored inside. The cause was that the operator was working without proper certification, the workspace lacked sufficient safety measures, there were no fire safety precautions in the surrounding area, and the operator engaged in unauthorized and non-compliant activities.

2. Recently, a liquefied gas cylinder used by an employee at a gas station exploded, resulting in one death and one serious injury. The primary cause was also improper operator handling.

These two accidents serve as a reminder that everyone—whether at work or during workshop renovations—must pay extra attention to safety.

III. Please note the following precautions for the renovation and construction of the new workshop:

1. Fire-fighting facilities in each workshop must be reasonably planned and fully equipped in accordance with national regulations, including fire pipelines, indoor fire hydrants, and fire-fighting equipment.

2. In terms of electrical circuits, it is necessary to reorganize and rearrange them according to the equipment’s power consumption requirements, ensuring compliance with national electrical safety regulations.

3. For external construction personnel, it is necessary to provide thorough safety training and have them sign a safety agreement to prevent safety incidents.

4. The layout of the workshop monitoring circuits needs to be reorganized and planned, with separate cabling laid apart from the power supply lines.

Finally, let me remind everyone that there are fewer than 90 days left until the Spring Festival. At the same time, in your daily work, pay close attention to every single detail and make it a habit to check thoroughly before you start working. This principle applies not only to quality but also to safety—and indeed, to all aspects of our work. During this period, I urge everyone to strictly adhere to all relevant rules and regulations, put aside any impatience or irritability, and enhance your safety awareness. That way, we can all come to work safely and go home just as safely.

Good deeds and good people Awarding the winners

This quarter The Administration Department has continued to receive numerous recommendations highlighting acts of kindness and good deeds within the company. During this year’s rainy season, Comrade Jiang Wentao from the Sheet Metal Workshop, despite the scorching heat, voluntarily worked overtime, braving the high temperatures to help the company repair the roof and ensure proper waterproofing. He also participated in installing lightning protection systems on the office building and workshop roofs—tasks that involved working at great heights and carried significant risks. Yet, from beginning to end, Comrade Jiang Wentao never complained or shirked his responsibilities; he remained steadfast and diligent, ensuring that the company’s production activities continued smoothly throughout the rainy season.

As one of the company’s key logistics personnel, Master Wang Zhenqiang works closely with the workshop staff. This rainy season, he was actively involved in tasks such as roof repairs, replacing drainage pipes, and clearing drainage ditches. Moreover, Master Wang personally took charge of selecting cost-effective, high-quality materials for the company’s dormitory renovation—comparing prices from multiple suppliers to ensure the best value. With his dedicated and conscientious efforts, Master Wang has consistently delivered outstanding results, leaving everyone satisfied and giving the company peace of mind.

On the evening of September 15, equipment for the exhibition—model numbers 48-48-12—urgently needed to be loaded onto trucks and shipped to Shanxi. Unfortunately, the weather turned against us, and heavy rain began to fall. Ma Zhenhuan, Zhang Guoqing, Wang Tongjie, Zhang Guibin, Lü Chuanlin, Zhang Jian, Zhang Xiaoshuang, Li Haitao, and others, without even taking time to eat, braved the downpour to load the equipment onto the trucks, ensuring that the company’s equipment arrived on time and could smoothly participate in the exhibition. Also at the Shanxi exhibition, due to special circumstances, the organizers did not arrange nighttime security patrols. To safeguard the company’s property, Comrade Yan Xuehai voluntarily took on the responsibility of night duty, working tirelessly for several consecutive days and ensuring that the company’s equipment was properly exhibited and operated. This fully demonstrated his dedication and professional spirit.

Colleagues Song Yushuang, Tian Weigang, Zhang Guibin, Tian Shichao, and Jia Fuchun provided comprehensive, round-the-clock support while following up on the 48-48-16 equipment at Chutian Technology. To ensure that the customer’s installation schedule was not delayed, they worked late into the night—often until three or four in the morning—and then joined their customer at work again the next morning. Their spirit of taking responsibility bravely and working tirelessly is truly worthy of everyone’s admiration and respect.

There are actually many more good deeds and kind acts like these. Each of us should take proactive steps to actively identify the good people and good deeds around us. The company is proud of you, and tomorrow’s future of the company will surely be even brighter because of you.
