The correct installation method for chain-track bottle washers

As an essential piece of equipment on the filling production line, many users are unaware of how to properly install the bottle washer. The following outlines the correct installation procedure for the bottle washer:

1. After the machine is transported to the site, each part should be inspected for any signs of damage or missing components.

2. Transport the machine to the site, connect it to a 380V power supply, and ensure that the machine’s enclosure is properly grounded to guarantee personal safety.

3. Insert the purified water pipe into the machine’s inlet pipe connector and secure it tightly with a hose clamp.

4. Once everything is ready, connect the power supply, open the valve, and perform a trial run, observing the flushing condition. If the flushing pressure is low, you can install a pipeline pump (with water pressure between 0.1 and 0.25 MPa).
