Operation, Maintenance, and Installation of the Small-Bottle Fully Automatic Beverage Filling Machine

After the small-bottle fully automatic beverage filling machine is operating normally, to ensure maximum production capacity and service life of the machine and reduce mechanical failures, regular maintenance and upkeep should be strengthened.

1. Before and after shifts, equipment should be thoroughly cleaned. When the equipment is not in use for an extended period, lubrication points should be fully greased, and then the equipment should be covered with a protective cover.

2. All sliding and rolling friction surfaces as well as gear meshing areas inside the guard shall be lubricated weekly with No. 2 composite calcium-based grease (generally conforming to GB491-87). Each oil cup shall be refilled with lubricant 1–2 times per shift.

3. Before leaving the factory, all types of bearings on this machine have been fully lubricated with grease. During annual overhauls, the bearings should be disassembled and inspected, and the grease should be replaced anew.

4. Before starting the machine each shift, first run it empty for 5 minutes. Only after confirming that the entire machine is operating normally can you start production.

5. Before leaving the factory, this machine has undergone comprehensive tightening and lubrication. However, due to the bumps and vibrations during transportation and handling, upon arrival at the site, you should inspect all parts carefully to ensure there is no damage or missing components.

6. Users must provide their own high-level tank equipped with a valve and an output connector at the bottom. When placing the high-level tank, the liquid outlet at the bottom of the tank must be positioned higher than the liquid inlet of the filling machine.

7. The motor of this unit should be connected to a 380V power switch (the electrical switch is provided by the user), and the unit’s casing must be properly grounded to ensure personal safety.
