What should be noted when installing a liquid filling and sealing machine?

1. Before leaving the factory, the machine has undergone comprehensive tightening and lubrication. However, due to the bumps and vibrations during transportation and handling, upon arrival at the site, you should inspect all parts to ensure there is no damage or missing components.

2. Users must provide their own high-level tank equipped with a valve at the bottom and an output connector. When placing the high-level tank, the liquid outlet at the bottom of the tank must be positioned higher than the liquid inlet of the filling machine, and sufficient inlet pressure must be ensured.

3. The machine’s motor should be connected to a 380V power switch, and the machine’s casing must be properly grounded to ensure personal safety.

4. Make different adjustments according to the bottle height and neck size. Only after all parameters meet the requirements can you perform a jog test to check whether the main unit is rotating in the correct direction and whether there are any abnormal noises. If everything appears normal, you may then run the machine at low speed under no-load conditions for 5 minutes as a trial run.

5. The machine operates normally in a clockwise rotation (when viewed from above the machine).
