The working process of a baijiu filling machine

A baijiu bottling machine is commonly referred to as a rotary automatic bottling machine. Bottles on the conveyor line are evenly spaced and fed into the bottle-infeed wheel via a spiral bottle separator. The bottle-infeed wheel smoothly guides the bottles onto a bottle support that rotates along with the filling valve. Thanks to rollers on the bottle-support mechanism rolling along cam-guided tracks, the bottle support rises and falls together with the bottles, thereby completing the filling process. Once filling is complete, the bottle support descends, allowing the capping device to engage and cap the bottles. Finally, the bottle-outfeed wheel gently transfers the filled bottles back onto the conveyor line.
