What is the working process of a baijiu filling machine?

The working process of the baijiu bottling machine is as follows: Empty bottles are conveyed by a conveyor belt, fed into the machine via an infeed screw, and then smoothly transferred onto a bottle-supporting turntable that rotates along with the filling valve through a quick-change indexing wheel. The rollers on the bottle-supporting mechanism roll under the guidance of cam tracks, causing the turntable—along with the bottles—to move up and down, thereby completing the filling operation. After filling is complete, the turntable descends and enters the transition indexing wheel for filling-to-capping, where a capping device attaches the cap before the bottles proceed to the capping machine. Inside the capping machine, a central positioning disc and a bottle-mouth positioning device precisely align the bottles according to their shape, after which the bottles enter the sealing zone (at the cam's lowest point) to complete the sealing process. Finally, a bottle-discharge indexing wheel transfers the bottles onto the conveyor chain, ready for the next processing step and stage.
