Daily Maintenance Precautions for Baijiu Filling Machines

Baijiu filling equipment is a type of packaging machinery used for baijiu. It is widely used in daily life and will continue to be frequently employed. However, due to prolonged operation, the machinery can become severely worn out; thus, regular maintenance and upkeep become particularly crucial.

1. Confirm that the power supply and voltage used by the machine are normal and that the grounding wire is properly connected.

2. Major components should be lubricated regularly.

3. Do not arbitrarily replace or add/remove parts on the machine.

4. If the machine is to be shut down for more than 1 hour or at the end of the workday, please close the liquid inlet valve.

5. When adjusting or operating under load, first start the bottle-conveying machine motor and then start the main machine motor to prevent bottlenecks in bottle input and output.

6. Compressed air shall be dry and oil-free gas, with an inlet temperature maintained within 3–7 degrees Celsius.
