How to Properly Operate Equipment on a Filling Production Line

1. Before using the machine, make sure it is reliably grounded and check that all parts are securely fastened.

2. Before putting the machine into production, it should first be run empty for several weeks to ensure that all components operate smoothly and without any abnormalities.

3. Before leaving the factory, the machine has been custom-made with relevant components based on the bottle samples provided by the customer, ensuring that the bottle samples used are compatible with the machine’s components.

4. When using, first start the bottle conveyor, then start the main machine motor.

5. Operators must undergo formal operation and safety training and become familiar with the use of this machine before operating it. Maintenance personnel must possess professional maintenance skills.

6. It is strictly prohibited to remove the safety guards on the machine.

7. When cleaning and maintaining the machine, you must wear protective gloves.

8. While the machine is running, touching moving parts is strictly prohibited; only designated personnel are authorized to manage and operate it centrally.

9. It is prohibited to perform maintenance, servicing, or adjustments while the machine is running.

10. Cleaning and lubrication are prohibited while the machine is running.

11. Clean the machine and do not allow water to come into contact with energized equipment.

12. When stopping production, please turn off the main power supply and the liquid inlet valve.
