Why is the fully automatic filling machine inaccurate in its filling?

Although it’s not common for fully automatic filling machines to malfunction, every machine—especially older ones—is bound to experience problems eventually. It’s fortunate if minor faults can be addressed promptly; however, if a major breakdown takes a long time to fix, it will inevitably prolong the production cycle and reduce overall efficiency.
1. Checking whether the filling nozzle is blocked by foreign objects is a simple step to ensure accurate filling or prevent no material from being dispensed. If issues such as damage to the filling nozzle occur, replace it with a new one promptly.
2. Check whether there is air in the filling machine’s delivery tube; if so, remove the air.
3. Inspect all sealing rings and replace them promptly if they are aged or damaged.
4. Adjust the filling speed; the speed of the filling process affects the filling accuracy.
5. The filling machine’s hopper is running low on material; simply add new material.
