- Equipment functions:
This machine is used for the sorting of disordered polyester bottles. Scattered and disorganized bottles are fed into the bottle storage circle of the bottle sorting machine through the elevator. With the centrifugal force of the turntable, the bottles are connected to the centrifuge disk at the end and exit through a multi-stage belt mechanism. By stabilizing the bottle body and clamping the bottle into the hook mechanism, the bottle mouth is lifted and flipped forward, and the bottle bottom cannot be hooked forward. Finally, the bottle mouth runs forward and backward, and then through the last stage belt, the bottle is upright, and the bottle sorting process is completed. The body material of this machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, and other parts are also made of non-toxic and durable series materials. The entire working process is controlled by PLC programming, so the equipment has a low failure rate and high reliability.
